What can our guests expect when attending the Concert & Dinner?

  • Limited capacities. We are currently operating at half of the recommended capacity currently approved by the office of Governor Greg Abbott.

  • All guests will be required to wear a mask. (Per Executive Order) 

  • All guests will have a health screen, including temperature checks, when arriving at the event.

  • Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the building.

  • Socially distanced markers will be throughout the building; social distancing will be encouraged.

  • Socially distanced seating and tables throughout the ballroom, where needed.

  • All Guests will be asked to remain in their seats during the Concert.

  • Please be patient when arriving, as the process to get into the event will take longer than normal due to the new COVID-19 safety protocols.

  • Community Storehouse staff & volunteers will undergo health screenings, including temperature checks when they arrive.

Staff Health
The Fort Worth Omni Hotel have daily health screenings, including temperature checks. The Omni Hotel has frequent sanitization of all associate and non-associate common areas; thorough re-training on proper hygiene and best practices for staff; as well as the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Events follow published recommendations & guidelines from the CDC as well as local health authorities in public spaces.

Social Distancing
Signage and distance indicators will be used throughout the hotel in high-traffic areas to allow for and encourage proper social distancing. 

Arrival Experience
Self-parking recommended, where applicable; For valet hotels, Omni offers queuing experiences that allows for social distancing; limited contact with front doors, bell carts and key cards, as well as limited contact check-in and -out process.  For more information on valet, contact the Omni Hotel.

What can you do to help?

  • Observe and comply with signage and guidelines posted throughout the venue.

  • Wash your hands and use sanitizer often. Make good choices. Respect social distancing.

  • Wear a mask when appropriate. 

  • If you’re not feeling well or think you may have been exposed to COVID-19,  please stay home for the safety of our staff, volunteers, and other Concert & Dinner attendees.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By attending the Community Storehouse Concert & Dinner, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Help keep each other healthy.
